SHOT BLASTING MACHINES WITH TURBINE FOR MILL CYLINDERS

The outdoor shot blasting machines for rolling mills are systems designed to allow a repeated blasting of the cylinder, when it is unusable, and to reuse it on rolling mills but without eliminating it.

These cylinders have a high hardness and despite this they are sandblasted because, during the rolling, the surface becomes smooth and does not allow the impression and the grip on the metal sheet.

The shot blast treatment on the cylinder must be very accurate using a special abrasive and turbines with very advanced technological features.

The cabin is built with a self-supporting monobloc structure. The access doors can be manual or pneumatic. The internal coating has interchangeable protections. Lateral coating is made of anti-abrasive rubber.

A vibrating screen with double selection allows the use of different types of abrasive if it is required.

Automatic cleaning and grit recovery systems. The cabin can be soundproofed with a noise level of less than 78 DBA.
