SHOT BLASTING MACHINES WITH TURBINE FOR GAS CYLINDERS
The automatic shot blast machines for ” GAS CYLINDERS ” are designed for the treatment of the external surfaces of new or regenerated cylinders (where the paint must be removed).
The shot blasting cabin and the position of the turbines are carefully designed to thoroughly clean each part of the cylinder with particular regard to the 2 extremities. A series of rubber curtains are positioned to avoid the spillage of grain during the workpiece cleaning. Application of 2 or 4 turbines according to the production required by the customer. Without excavation of the foundations.
TYPES OF INSTALLATIONS
HORIZONTAL PASSAGE SYSTEMS cwith cylinders placed on a special roller conveyor that move forward and rotate on its axis simultaneously during the blasting phase.
Machine roller conveyor with a special development and pitch. Turbines on the ceiling of the central cabin.
On request it is possible to add:
- loading a roller conveyor
- unloading roller conveyor
- automatic loader to load the roller conveyor and automatic unloader to unload the roller conveyor.
VERTICAL PASSAGE with cylinders attached to an overhead closed-loop conveyor. Workpiece movement at constant pitch. Turbines are placed on the side of the cabin. The cylinder rotates during the blasting phase. PLC and touch screen cycle control
