Continuous-passage shot-blasting machines with "WIRE MESH" or "STEEL ROLLER SHUTTERS" are recommended for the treatment of small and medium sized loose parts. They have a horizontal movable belt on which the pieces are placed, then they pass through the central cabin and finally they are sand-blasted by the abrasive launched by the turbines. For wire mesh blasting machines, the turbines are placed both in the upper part of the central cabin and in the hopper. For shot blasting machines with steel shutters the turbines are placed only in the upper part of the central cabin. Internal protections are made of a highly resistant material that is easily interchangeable. A series of rubber curtains avoids the spillage of the abrasive. Automatic grit cleaning system. The pieces are unloaded automatically, after being treated, on a container at the exit or on a conveyor belt. The dimensions of the passage are designed according to the pieces to be treated

SHOTBLASTING MACHINE WITH CLOSED STEEL BELT TURBINE
The "METAL BELT" shot-blasting machines are suitable for the treatment of small and medium sized loose pieces. They have a movable belt with thick steel shutters, on which the pieces are placed. By rolling on themselves, they expose all the surfaces to the action of the abrasive launched by the turbines on the ceiling.
The loading of the pieces is automatic by means of a bucket with hydraulic control.
The pieces are unloaded automatically, after being treated, either on a container under the door or on a vibrating transporter located outside.
