SHOT BLASTING MACHINES WITH HOOK TURBINE

EUROSIMPLA

The "EUROSIMPLA" type shot blasting machines are systems designed for the treatment of pieces hanging from a hook, of medium and large capacity, i.e. from 2 to 30 tons.

They are suitable for the shot-blasting of many types of workpieces and they are built according to customer requirements. The rotating hook inside the cabin, with movement in the relevant stations, makes it possible to obtain a better exposure of the workpiece to the flow of the abrasive.

Turbines are placed on one side only.

The cabin inner areas are carefully protected with interchangeable anti-wear plates. Total rubber coating inside the cabin.

Abrasive recovery system designed to prevent or limit excavations of the foundations.

Workpiece dimensions from 1300 to 4000 mm of diameter.

Workpiece dimensions height from 2000 to 8000 mm.

Application from 2 to 12 turbines.

GR

"GR" shot blasting machines are systems designed for a continuous work, with automatic sequence and double doors, with pieces hanging from an overhead conveyor. A safety door in the turbine area prevents them from being stopped during the workpiece transfer phase.

The bunches are moved at a constant pace through the cabin that is equipped with automatic doors. The movement of the bunches in the different stations inside the cabin ensures a perfect cleaning of the entire surface of the pieces.

Turbines are placed on one side only.
Systems with special recovery without excavations of the foundation.
Application with 2, 4 or more turbines.

VERSION DECORING (SAND REMOVING)

Double magnetic separator with foundry earth recovery system.

Vibrating sieve for slag separation.

PLC and touch screen cycle control.

SIMPLETTA AND EUROSIMPLETTA

The "SIMPLETTA" and "EUROSIMPLETTA" blasting machines are very versatile systems and are designed for the treatment of pieces attached to a rotating hook and exposed to the flow of granules coming from the turbines placed on one side of the cabin. Suitable for small capacities up to 1000 Kg. Reduced abrasive recovery system designed to avoid excavations of the foundations. Workpiece dimensions up to 1200 mm diameter. Workpiece dimensions height up to 2000 mm.
