AUTOMATIC DRUM DEFLASHING MACHINES
“SUPERCRIOJET”, “CRIOJET C.M.” and “CRIOJET J/M” are automatic or semi-automatc deflashing machines, suitable for cryogenic deburring and deflashing of medium, small, or extremely small-sized moulded rubber parts. Part diameters may range from 4 to 250 mm (1/8 – 10 NPS). The deburring effect is achieved thanks to a centifrugal wheel propelling steel blasting pellets on the parts spinning on the drum, so that they have their whole surfaces exposed to the abrasive process. Variable speed turbine and basket. The temperature ranges from -40° to -130° inside the drum, as a result of nitrogen injections. The application is contained inside a thermal-insulated cabinet that can be set to operate continuously even at very low temperatures and reduce the loss of frigories inside and outside the cabinet.
