MANUAL AND AUTOMATIC COMPRESSED AIR SHOT BLASTING MACHINES

The shot-blasting machines for "INNER PIPES" are automated systems with special nozzles suitable to cleaning the inner part of the pipes. They consist of: fully closed and soundproofed sandblasting cabin main pneumatic access doors internal coating made of anti-abrasive rubber automatic abrasive recovery metal grit / silica sand / corundum cleaning system in automatic grit preloading silo for 1 or more pressure sandblasting machines application with 1 or more pressure sandblasting machines loading and unloading benches as an option Designed for pipes up to an internal diameter of 200 mm. (8”). PLC and cycle control touch screen.

Manual compressed air blast chambers are designed for the treatment of medium and large size workpieces.

They are built with:

• self-supporting modular panels
• manual or pneumatic main access doors
• inspection doors
• internal coating made of anti-abrasive rubber
• special lights that allows the lighting of the inside of the chamber up to 700 lux
• self-supporting grill for pedestrians on the ground floor
• self-supporting grill for pedestrians lowered in the central area (when required)
• self-supporting grill suitably designed and calculated for any capacity (when required)
• automatic abrasive recovery system with chain and scrapers to reduce excavation of the foundations up to -345 mm. under the ground floor
• automatic metal grit/silica sand/corundum cleaning system, grit preloading silo for 1 or more pressure sandblasting machines
• application with 1 or more pressure sandblasting machines

Optional:

• workpiece trolleys designed according to the capacity and needs of the customer
• soundproofed cabin
• fixed and motorized internal work platforms.
