SHOT BLASTING MACHINES WITH TURBINES FOR WAGONS AND RAILWAY VEHICLES

The automatic shot blasting chambers with oscillating turbines are designed to blast large and different kinds of work pieces.

They are widely used for:

• railway wagons

The purpose of this system is to shot-blast all the parts of the piece and to avoid retouching with manual blasting machines. The blasting operation takes place in the central area of the system by means of turbines installed on oscillating bases placed on both sides

These chambers are composed of:

• modular panels properly reinforced and bolted together
• automatic inlet and outlet doors
• central area coating with wear-resistant panels easily interchangeable
• side coating in anti-abrasive rubber, pedestrian grille, rails of any gauge and capacity up to 100 tons grit recovery system with reduced the foundations
• upper automated abrasive cleaning system
• high technology grit projection turbines
• internal turbine components made of very resistant and easily interchangeable material
• inverter on the turbines (on request)
• double speed drive unit with inverter, aspiration and filtration system designed and automated for emissions into the atmosphere
• touch-screen with formula programming
• PLC cycle control
