SHOT BLASTING MACHINES WITH TURBINE FOR METAL SHEETS AND HORIZONTAL SECTION BARS

The "SABAR" type systems are mainly designed for blasting metal sheets, section bars and welded parts arranged on a horizontal roller conveyor. Cleaning is carried out in the central cabin, where the abrasive launched by the turbines hits all the surfaces of the workpiece. Application from 4 to 16 turbines. A series of rubber curtains do not allow the abrasive to come out from the machine. A system of brushing, abrasive recovery and blowing allows the removal of the abrasive from the workpiece at the end of the blasting process. Appropriate reading sensors located at the inlet of the system enable an automatic control of the cleaning units of the pieces. An inverter will set the speed of the roller conveyor for the transport of pieces during the blasting phase. The delivery of particles to the workpiece is controlled by a device at the inlet of the machine. These units are fully automated and suitable to be installed in line with the painting units and furnaces.
