Steel belt shotblasting machines, closed and continous type

These units are particularly suitable for treatment of several small and medium workpieces which are loaded all together into the belt.

Very heavy and wearproof manganese motorised steel belt in which the workpieces are rolling and then perfectly blasted on the whole surface.

• The loading of workpieces is automatic by means of a hydraulic skip.
• Blasted workpieces are automatically off- loaded at cycle end.

All steel belt versions are installed without any foundation.

These units are suitable for continous shotblasting of single small and medium workpieces loaded on a mobile belt passing through a blast cabin.

In the steel plate belt version the turbines are placed only on the cabin roof, while in the wire mesh version the turbines are installed both on the cabin top and bottom.
